Pennsylvania 3PL for Ecommerce Brands
Pennsylvania 3PL for ecommerce brands shipping across the U.S. and Canada.
Keep your team in Pennsylvania. 247 helps you manage inventory, ecommerce orders, retail programs, Amazon prep, and returns through a coordinated North American fulfillment network.
Fulfillment through your agreed 247 network location. We do not operate a Pennsylvania warehouse.
Connect ecommerce orders, wholesale shipments, marketplace preparation, and returns in one operating plan.
Compare inventory locations against your customer ZIP codes, replenishment costs, and Canadian demand.

Inventory checked in, counted, and stored.
DTC, retail, and B2B order execution.
Inspect, restock, quarantine, or dispose.
Labeling, prep, bundling, and routing.
Leading brands trust 247 to power their fulfillment
E-commerce, marketplace, retail, DTC, and high-volume brands partner with 247 to scale fulfillment across North America.

Your headquarters is not your shipping strategy.
A Philadelphia importer, a Pittsburgh DTC brand, and a Lehigh Valley seller expanding into Canada should not automatically use the same inventory plan. Start with where stock enters your business—and where paid orders actually go.
Do not move inventory just to change your 3PL.
The right move can be a full transition, a defined channel, or selected inventory for a new market. Compare total fulfillment costs and delivery performance before committing your whole catalog.
247 is a strong fit when you need coordinated DTC, retail, marketplace, and U.S.–Canada operations. A Pennsylvania address alone does not tell you whether a warehouse is the best fit for those requirements.
PhilaPort has nearby access to I-95 and I-76. For port-arriving inventory, compare drayage, unloading, transfer freight, and receiving—not just a pick-and-pack quote. Moving stock west needs a business case.
The region connects to routes including I-78 and I-476. For Allentown, Bethlehem, or Easton brands already serving a Northeast-heavy order base, test whether an additional origin solves a real coverage gap.
For western Pennsylvania brands selling beyond the state, include Ohio in the comparison. Rate your actual parcel weights and destination ZIPs, then include the replenishment cost from your current stock location.
A Harrisburg or York operation shipping both consumer orders and retail pallets needs two cost models. Compare parcel service levels separately from pallet handling, appointments, and retailer routing requirements.
For a Pennsylvania brand with repeat Canadian demand, evaluate stocking proven sellers in Toronto. Include replenishment, carrying costs, border administration, and returns before expanding the assortment.
A Pennsylvania customer does not imply a Pennsylvania returns center. Confirm the receiving facility, return-label cost, inspection rules, and how sellable inventory becomes available again.
Regional infrastructure sources: PhilaPort truck access and Lehigh Valley Economic Development infrastructure. Network locations: 247's warehouse directory. These comparisons are planning considerations, not guaranteed savings or transit commitments.
End-to-end fulfillment for every channel you sell through.
From DTC and retail fulfillment to FBA prep, returns, kitting, inventory control, parcel optimization, and integrations, 247 helps Pennsylvania brands coordinate their U.S. and Canadian operations. Confirm the assigned facility and service scope before transferring inventory.

Pennsylvania brands. A broader U.S. fulfillment strategy.
Compare the 247 network against your actual customer destinations. A Pennsylvania headquarters does not require every order to ship from Pennsylvania.
These are network options, not Pennsylvania facilities. Confirm the shipping origin, facility availability, product fit, and onboarding timing in your proposal.
Choose the fit. Not the nearest pin.
A local warehouse can be the right answer. 247 should earn the move through the services, cost structure, and coverage your business needs—not a claim that every Pennsylvania brand should ship from Ohio.
When staying in Pennsylvania may make sense
When the next market needs a different plan
Make the decision with your own order data.
Prepare order counts by destination ZIP, channels, shipped weights, carton dimensions, and service levels. Remove customer names and street addresses from the comparison file.
Identify where each SKU sits today. Include a Pennsylvania warehouse transfer or PhilaPort movement, plus receiving, replenishment frequency, and inventory overlap during transition.
Add allocated inbound freight, receiving, storage, pick-and-pack, materials, parcel charges, surcharges, and expected return handling. Keep service levels equivalent.
Agree on a manageable starting assortment or channel. Track order accuracy, dispatch timing, actual delivery results, and exceptions before widening the rollout.
Ask for an Ohio-origin scenario against your Pennsylvania baseline and, where relevant, a separate Canada scenario. A projected saving is a hypothesis until your actual order profile and agreed rates support it.
Clear answers before you move inventory.
Where orders ship from, when a network makes sense, and what to compare before choosing a fulfillment partner.
Does 247 have a warehouse in Pennsylvania?
No. This page is for Pennsylvania businesses evaluating 247's fulfillment network. Your proposal confirms the actual shipping origin, available services, receiving and returns addresses, and onboarding timing. Ohio is an option to assess; confirm its availability before planning a transfer. View our actual warehouse locations.
Is Ohio always cheaper or faster than a Pennsylvania 3PL?
No. The outcome depends on your customers' ZIP codes, parcel weights and dimensions, carrier services, negotiated rates, and inbound costs. A Northeast-heavy brand in Philadelphia or the Lehigh Valley may have a different best-fit origin from a Pittsburgh brand selling nationwide. Compare like-for-like order samples rather than a blanket shipping claim.
What changes when inventory arrives through PhilaPort?
Inbound handling becomes part of the decision. Compare port-to-warehouse movement, any transfer to Ohio, receiving, storage, and the resulting outbound parcel cost. A lower pick fee can be offset by extra transportation. The best route depends on where the inventory is needed, not simply where the container lands. If your inbound comparison also includes New York or New Jersey stock, review the New York inventory-allocation guide and New Jersey port-to-warehouse comparison before treating those origins as interchangeable. If the decision crosses into New England, the Massachusetts guide and Connecticut guide cover the different corridor and inventory questions to test.
Can you promise next-day or two-day delivery throughout Pennsylvania?
Not from a statewide generalization. Delivery estimates must be checked for the actual origin and destination ZIP pair, carrier, service, cutoff, and operating calendar. Warehouse dispatch timing and carrier delivery time are different commitments; confirm both before making a customer-facing promise.
Do we have to move every SKU or replace our whole network?
Not necessarily. Discuss a scoped transition for a channel, product group, or market. Keeping a Pennsylvania operation while testing another origin is a planning option, subject to account fit, order routing, inventory visibility, and receiving capacity. Agree on ownership of each order and return before launch.
How should a Pennsylvania brand approach Canadian fulfillment?
Start with recurring Canadian demand and SKU-level sales. Compare direct cross-border orders with holding selected inventory in Canada, including replenishment, carrying costs, returns, and import administration. Confirm product eligibility and responsibilities with the appropriate customs professionals; Canadian inventory does not automatically eliminate duties or taxes. The Ontario fulfillment guide explains how to assess a GTA inventory position and a selective western allocation.
What should we send to request pricing?
Share monthly order volume, an anonymized destination-ZIP breakdown, SKU count, product and parcel dimensions, inventory levels, sales channels, returns requirements, and the current inbound origin. Flag any PhilaPort shipments, retail routing guides, special handling, or Canadian expansion plans. Request a tailored fulfillment quote.
Keep building your brand. Give fulfillment a better plan.
Tell us where your inventory is today and where your next customers will be. We will work through the right 247 setup for your channels, order profile, and U.S.–Canada growth.
